The Movement Community was born out of a passion of Clare's to help others overcome the physical limitations and pain that she once experienced.

After years of research and personal struggle, Clare developed a comprehensive approach to movement education that addresses whole body movement as an answer to daily pain and empowers individuals to take control of their physical health.
